Imports gained another 130,000 bbls, 7%, following double-digit gain in Sep.  Now up 40,000 bbls, 0.2% yr-to-date.  Mexican shipments off slightly in Oct, but gaining share YTD with 107,000-bbl, 1.3% increase. That’s best trend of major importing countries.   Even with big 21% Oct gain, Dutch shipments still down 0.5% YTD.  Canadian shipments have similar trend, down 0.6%, while German shipments down 2.6%.  Combo of UK and Irish shipments down 4% for 10 mos.
