Conference payments are fully refundable, less a $200 administrative fee, until 30 days before the start of each event. You may also: (1) send a substitute from your organization or (2) until 30 days before the start of the event, you may apply your registration fee within 12 months to another seminar or subscription fee(s) of your choice within 12 months. Please note that no-show registration fees and cancellations within 30 days of the event will not be refunded. Substitutions may be made at any time. Early-bird rate registrations require payment by the 3/31/24 cutoff date. Conference invoices must be paid on, or before the date of the event.
