NA beer co based in IL, Go Brewing, more than doubled production to 21.6K bbls in 2025, according to stats shared in this yr's edition of Brewers Association's New Brewer May/Jun issue. That made it the largest new regional brewer (producing 15K bbls/yr or more) in 2025, posting one of the larger volume gains (+11.6K bbls) in the country. Tho sales are seemingly seesawing again in 2026, down double digits in tracked off-prem channels so far this yr. Icicle Brewing slowed to just 5% growth in 2025, but crossed the 15K bbls/yr threshold for the first time, reaching 15.7K bbls. Icicle's growth was a bit stronger (+8%) in home state WA, where it does the vast majority of its biz, over 14K bbls there. VA's Solace Brewing and Three Notch'd, TX's Altstadt, craft collective Made by the Water, FL's Tampa Bay Brewing, MN's Third Street Brewhouse, OK's Krebs, OR's Full Sail, NM's Marble, GA's Wild Leap, MI's Old Nation and CA's The Bruery and Knee Deep all dipped below 15K bbls in 2025 too. But they're all still relatively close to the marker.On the other hand, IL/WI's Pilot Project is on the rise, doubling to 14.5K bbls in 2025. CA's Ghost Town steadily marched to 14K bbls, up 8% each of the last 2 yrs. CO's Weldwerks was up slightly last yr, hanging just below the marker at 14.7K bbls. Another CO brewer, Prost, rose 10% to 12K bbls last yr, not too far behind. WI's 3 Sheeps and AK's Denali both crossed 14K bbls for the first time last yr.
