Another attempt, same outcome. Brown-Forman already turned down Sazerac’s $15 bil acquisition bid after its talks with Pernod Ricard fell apart. But it formally did so again yesterday, announcing that it received another “unsolicited proposal from Sazerac to acquire Brown-Forman” and determined that the proposal is “not actionable.”
