MULTIPLE ATTENDEE DISCOUNTS: If you wish to register multiple attendees, please use this form. Registrations of 3 or more from the same company are eligible for an 8% discount ($1,380 each). Registrations of 5 or more are eligible for a 15% discount ($1,275 each).
Conference payments are fully refundable, less a $250 administrative fee, until 30 days before the start of each event. You may also send a substitute from your organization. Please note that no-show registration fees and cancellations within 30 days of the event will not be refunded or credited. Substitutions may be made at any time. Early-bird rate registrations require payment by the 3/15/24 cutoff date. Conference invoices must be paid on or before the date of the event.
